Looking back at some of my past posts, I realize that I've had an entire entry about music exactly...once! Mostly because I've been in complete Harry Potter mode since December. So NOW, I'm going to talk about a band I really really like, and their new album: Arctic Monkeys' Favourite Worst Nightmare.



Favourite Worst Nightmare is coming out tomorrow, I believe. But you can hear it now on Arctic Monkeys' AOLMusic Profile, or on AOL's Full CD Listening Party (which easier if you want to listen to each track seperately).
It's a pretty good sophmore effort, except for the fact that it's very similar to their first album, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not.
Sure, I wanted something a bit fresher, but that aside, it's quite catchy. Awesome dance album, with more complicated guitars. And when I say dance, I mean jump up and down like a crazy person, but same difference, right?
My favorite tracks at the moment are "D is for Dangerous" (this entry is titled with lyrics from that song), "Brainstorm," and "Old Yellow Bricks." (I pretty much like "D is for Dangerous" because I'm not really sure if the lyrics make any sense; sounds cool, but I have no clue what it's supposed to mean, if anything).
If you liked Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, then I  do think that you'll like this album. Now go, listen!
